Terms of Service

Effective

The rules for using AI Visibility Checker Pro, in plain English. The short version is below; the full terms follow.

The short version

  • The scan is free and provided as is. We can change, limit or stop it.
  • Results come from third-party AI engines. They vary from run to run and can be wrong.
  • We never guarantee that any AI engine will mention, rank or cite you.
  • No bots, scraping or getting around our limits. Use the website like a person would.
  • Paid work, like an audit, is agreed separately in writing before it starts.

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Visibility Checker Pro (“we”, “us”) about your use of aivisibilitycheckerpro.com and everything on it (the “service”). By using the service you accept them. If you use it for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you're allowed to.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.

2. What we provide

A free AI visibility scan: we turn the details you enter into 3 buyer-intent prompts and 1 brand prompt, ask 6 AI surfaces through a third-party data provider, and report how the answers mention, rank and cite your brand. The headline results are free to view; the full report unlocks with your email.

We also offer an early access waitlist for ongoing monitoring, free strategy calls, and done-for-you audits. How the scan works is described on our How it works page.

3. Who can use it

The service is for business use. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You may scan your own brand, a client's brand with their permission, or any publicly known brand, including competitors, for legitimate research.

4. The free tool is provided as is

The free scan costs nothing and comes with no service levels. We limit how many scans a person, network or website can run each day, and we may pause scans when demand or costs are high. We may change, limit or stop any part of the free service at any time, with or without notice.

Reports may show a “Demo data” badge when the service runs in demo mode. Those answers are generated examples, not live AI answers, and shouldn't be relied on.

5. AI-generated results

  • Answers in your report are generated by third-party AI systems we don't control. They can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, including about your company or your competitors.
  • The same prompt can produce different answers from one run to the next, and what a logged-in user sees in an AI app can differ from what we capture.
  • Our detection, scoring, sentiment and recommendations are automated and heuristic. They are an estimate of how AI engines treat a brand, not a measurement of your business.
  • Nothing in the service is legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. Check anything important before you act on it.

6. No guarantee of AI rankings

We don't control what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google or any other AI system recommends. We don't promise, and you shouldn't expect, that using the service, following our recommendations or buying an audit will get your brand mentioned, ranked, cited or recommended by any AI engine, or produce any particular traffic, leads or revenue.

7. Acceptable use

Use the service the way a person would, through the website. You agree not to:

  • access the service with bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated means, or call our API endpoints directly outside the website;
  • get around scan limits, bot checks, spend caps or any other protection, for example by rotating IP addresses, accounts or domains;
  • use the service as a general way to query AI models, or put instructions, code or unrelated text into scan fields;
  • enter unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harmful content, or personal data about other people, into any field;
  • resell the service, or harvest results to build a competing dataset or product, without our written permission;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the service without our permission (please report vulnerabilities to [email protected] instead);
  • misrepresent results, for example by editing a report or presenting it as an endorsement by us or by any AI provider;
  • break any law, or use the service to harass or mislead anyone.

We may block requests, delete scans or suspend access if we believe these rules are being broken.

8. Your inputs and reports

You're responsible for what you enter and confirm you have the right to submit it. You give us permission to use your inputs and the results to run the service, to keep it secure, and to improve it, including by producing aggregated, de-identified statistics. We won't publish results that identify your brand without your permission.

Reports are available to anyone who has the report link. You decide who you share it with. You may use and share your own report freely. The AI-generated answers inside it come from third parties, and we don't claim ownership of them.

9. Our intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, text, guides, scoring method and report format, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own business purposes under these terms. You may quote our guides with a link back. You may not copy, frame or redistribute the service itself.

10. Third-party trademarks

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. AI Visibility Checker Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. We name these products only to describe what the service checks. Engine names appear as plain text and neutral monograms, never as their logos.

12. Third-party services and links

The service relies on third parties, including our hosting provider, our data provider, the AI engines we query and our booking provider. Their services have their own terms. Reports and guides contain links to other websites. We aren't responsible for third-party services, sites or content.

13. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you. Thank you: early users shape what we build.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that results will be accurate or complete.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising from or related to the service, even if we were told they were possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Some places don't allow these limits. Where that's the case, they apply only as far as the law permits, and nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

16. Indemnity

If you use the service for a business, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from third-party claims caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

17. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to protect the service, other users or ourselves. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limits of liability and governing law) continue to apply.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by [governing law to be confirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by [courts to be confirmed], unless the consumer laws where you live give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Before starting a formal dispute, please email us so we can try to resolve it.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll change the effective date at the top, and if a change is significant and we have your email, we'll let you know. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

20. General

These terms (with the Privacy Policy and any signed proposal for paid work) are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization or sale of the business.

21. Contact

Questions about these terms: email [email protected] or use our contact form. These terms were last updated on October 4, 2026.
